NOTICE: This is the CONDENSED version of the TOS.Detailed info may be missing. The sole purpose of this condensed version is for the Customer to have an easy overview of the main points. Please refer to the full TOS below for more detailed terms, which WILL apply to your orders.

TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: [05.12.2025]This contract applies to the artist further called Seller and person or institution further called Customer purchasing from Seller a work of art further called Product. By ordering Product from the Seller the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:Seller/Artist
1.Seller reserve the right to edit commission information and prices whenever they see fit. If they edit information and/or prices in the middle of commission work, the current commissions will not be affected by the changes, only future ones.2. Seller reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason without stating the reason. Seller may reject a commission if the customer ask for something the seller is not comfortable drawing and/or can’t draw or when they had issues with the customer in the past including, (but not limited to), payment issues, chargebacks, returns, harassment, reselling, and/or any other issues that may arise.3. Seller don’t work with deadlines. Seller will do their best to get the customers finished artwork back to the customer within a reasonable time period. Ref sheets will take longer than sketches! If there’s any large delays the seller will let you know, but do not rush them.4. Seller reserve the rights to commissioned artwork, (but not any of the customers characters featured in them), and may display it in any of sellers galleries, use it as examples of commission work, or use it however else the seller see fit. This will not happening if the customer communicate upfront that they don’t want it uploaded on sites when ordering.5. Sketches when finished will be not get any more changes! The Seller draw sketches mostly in one session so the seller will mostly not give you a wip for a sketch commission!Keep in mind the sellers art style is more semi realistic so the customers characters can look different in seller's style! If the customer don't like that, don't commissioning the seller!PAYMENTS
6. Seller only accept payment through Paypal Invoice and all Sellers prices are listed in euros (€).
Seller doesn't accept dA points or other forms of virtual currency. If the customer don't have a Paypal account, you must mention this when ordering.7. Customer must pay the seller before any commission work begins. Payment must be received within 2 days or 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Failure to pay within this time period will result in the commission being cancelled. If there will be any issues with payment, please let the Seller know sooner rather than later.8. Customer agrees to pay the due amount upfront for any orders of value lower or equal to 150€.9. Customer must pay the seller before any commission work begins.9b. Payment must be received within 2 days or 48 hours of receiving the invoice. Failure to pay within this time period will result in the commission being cancelled. If there will be any issues with payment, please let the Seller know sooner, rather than later.PAYMENT PLANS
10. On orders above 150€ Seller is willing to discuss a payment plan with the customer. Customer agrees to pay half the invoice total upfront. The other half has to be paid at least 14 days later.10b.Commissions with totals of 149€ or under are not eligible for payment plans.10c. There will be a Payment plan fee from now on (because PayPal will take money from me every time you sent a part of the payment that means in the long run i lose a lot of money...) if the fully amount is 150€ - 199€ the fee would be +15€, 200€-299€ it will be +25€ and so on.11. Any other payment schedule has to be mutually agreed before work on the Product commences.12. Certain types of work do not allow for a split payment. In such cases customer will be informed about this and will be asked to agree on a different payment schedule, before any work can commence.PROGRESS
13. To Commission the Seller you must fill out the form that will be provided in any advertisement of the Seller's commissions on pages like Patreon, Deviantart, FurAffinety, Tumblr and Bluesky.14. Once the Seller accepts your order they will contact the customer by the preferred method of contact the customer provided in the commission form. (The seller contacts the customer within 48 hours.)
The Seller then will go through the payment process with the Customer.15. The Seller will send one or multiple sketches to the customer for approval, before any other work stages continue.
At the sketch phase the customer can ask for changes or a total redraw of the sketch. (Reminder: The Seller will only provide two total redraws of a sketch!)16. Once the Sketch is approved and the linework begins, major edits will be severely limited and/or cost extra.16b. For Sketch and colored commissions the Seller will mostly not provide any work in progress pictures. These commissions will be finished in one session and will have no work in progress at all! Please don't commission the seller on these commissions if the customer is super picky about their character. The seller will draw these commissions with artistic freedom!17. For design work, you will receive an initial sketch and then flat color options once linework is complete.17b. The Customer may request edits to coloration at this stage as well as other small edits, but major edits will be cost extra. Illustrations will receive multiple progress updates along the way to ensure the final product is an accurate representation of the customer's character(s).18. When the artwork is complete. The Seller will send the customer the full-sized maximum resolution completed artwork. The customer will be bound by all of the listed terms and conditions. This will conclude the commission process.PRODUCT DELIVERY
19. Customer agrees that Product will be delivered digitally to email address or Note on websites like Deviantart/ Furaffinity provided by Customer, after the final payment has been received by the Seller.20. Any other method of delivery, either digital or physical, has to be mutually agreed before the work commences. Customer is obliged to bear any costs incurred by alternative delivery method, such as postal costs, material costs, digital service subscription fees etc.20b. It is sole responsibility of Customer to propose delivery method which works for both parties. Seller cannot be held accountable for Customer's loss of access to the delivery method, loss of delivered files, impediments such as spam filters or any other technical obstacles outside responsibility of the Seller.21. Upon delivery of the product, it is the Customer's responsibility to store it properly. Loss of product due to negligence will not be reimbursed by the Seller. Seller can not guarantee that the original copy of the product will be available in the case that the Customer lost their files. The finished product will be stored 30 days in Google Drive, and will be deleted afterwards.REVISIONS
22. Customer has the right to 50% complete revisions in the sketching phase.23. Customer has right to a reasonable amount of minor edits after completion, such as changing an eye color or fixing a small detail, up to an additional 10% of the total time spent on creating the originally delivered Product. Any requests above that, however minor, will require a prior mutual agreement and will result in a proportional increase of order value. Any such increase will be invoiced separately. Work on any such excessive requests will not commence until the payment for the additional invoice(s) has been received.CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
24. Customer agrees to pay the total amount specified in [€/EURO]25. Payment is considered as received and completed only when total amount received on Seller's [€/EURO] account is equal to the invoice amount in [€/EURO]REFUND POLICY
26. Customer has right to request a full refund if there's been no progress for two consecutive months, or when Product has not been completed within four months. Refund conditions for commissions which require more work must be agreed separately, before the work commences. These provisions exclude work interruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident or any other credibly documented reason for interruption of work.27. You may request a refund until linework begins. Once the initial sketch has been approved and linework begins, you may no longer request a refund on your commission. Finished works are not eligible for refunds at all regardless of how you feel about the finished piece.27b. If the customer request a refund, the customer no longer have any rights to that art. The customer may not use it, post it, finish it by themself and/or pay another artist to finish the piece.28. Customer obliges to contact the Seller in a fast and responsive manner, responding swiftly to any requests for comments, clarifications, opinions, validation of progress etc. Lack of timely communication on behalf of Customer will be recognized as implicit approval of all work progress and current state of the Product.PERSONAL AND COMMERCIAL USE
29. The Product received by Customer is for personal use. Any use of the Product for commercial purposes, reselling it, reproduction or publishing for reasons other than personal purposes has to be approved beforehand by the Seller. This will require a separate agreement between Customer and Seller defining exact conditions and financial implications of such use of the Product.30. Customer does not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.31. In addition, Customer does not hold the right to use the product for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.CANCELLATIONS
32. Seller reserve the right to cancel a commission for any reason at any stage of the process and do not need to specify the reason for doing so. If the seller cancel a commission before starting and/or before linework, (if applicable), The seller will refund your commission 100%. If the seller cancel a commission after this stage, the seller will discuss a refund rate with you.33. Any disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in a cancellation of the order. Customer will receive full or partial refund depending on amount of work completed. Seller will have full right to refuse any service to the Customer in the future. Customer will be add to a blacklist!
